International Admissions Hold

If you have an ISSS Hold on your account, it is likely because you have not provided your official transcripts. After you are admitted to your program, attested/official documents (transcripts, test scores) will be required before you enroll in classes.

There are 3 ways you can deliver your official transcripts to international admissions.

  1. Your institution can send attested official transcripts electronically to InternationalAdmissions@IllinoisState.edu.
  2. Your institution can mail attested copies of official transcripts to:
    Illinois State University - Office of International Admissions
    2nd Floor Fell Hall
    Campus Box 6180
    Normal, IL 61790-6180
  3. You can deliver official transcripts to the Fell Hall 2nd floor Office of International Engagement front desk. Transcripts must be in a sealed, never-been-opened envelope issued by the school.
