Proof of Funding

For certain ISSS applications, F-1 and J-1 students must submit a Proof of Funding Worksheet along with supporting financial documentation as evidence that they can pay for their educational and living expenses, just as they had to provide Admissions with similar proof in order to receive their initial I-20 or DS-2019.

Estimating Your Expenses

The estimated expenses that appear below are meant to represent an AVERAGE cost for an international student enrolled full-time. Specific personal circumstances will not be taken into account when determining this amount. The proof of finances you must show is based upon the expenses for the average student and NOT on your specific number of credits, housing costs, etc.

J-1 students, please reference the J-1 Proof of Finances form for full details.
